Anybody know of a place to find the TRD Catback exhaust (PT910-89061) for under $390? That's the cheapest i've found it online. Wondering if somebody has come across it any cheaper.

No. The $390 is before shipping. Shipping varies so much, I figured i'd just ask about base price.

That price seems a little outrageous. Dont get me wrong, I would love to have that exhaust on my truck and almost bought it many of times. But, I just cant seem to pull the trigger for a little rumble, literally. I think my more reasonable decision is going to be to just put a different muffler on it and come out cheaper. Just my .02

I have gone back and forth on the same thing, but since i've got some rust on my stock tailpipe, i figured i'd just do the whole thing. I agree though about the price being a bit steep. But let's be real here, It's not like anything we do to these trucks is very cheap...

Sandpaper and high temp paint. Get a dynomax muffler. It makes alittle rumble without any drone. All said and done~$100.00

If you save your money and spend it on premium gas, you'd get about the same performance gain as the TRD exhaust.

I might just go this route as a stop gap until I go forced injection.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but is the TRD Exhaust really worth much performance-wise? It seems in looking through other threads on the matter, the primary reason it is installed is for the audible effect. Will it provide any noticeable day-to-day effect?

When the dealership mentioned $1,200 for the TRD Exhaust I about dropped my phone with laughter.

It makes more noise. The gaines are negligible.

Alright thanks. I can always have it added down the line if I get the itch for it I guess.
