All I look for in pre workout is focus, I could care less for energy. Thats why I stuck with craze. Focus is insane. You know know any other supps that has good focus?

I went back to a back and tri day 1 chest and bi day 2 regime. Confused the fuck out of my muscles. Gonna stick with this for a couple months and then switch it again.

    pre-workout = waste of money
supplements = waste of money for 99.5% of gym goers

People don't eat enough/right and do everything they can to destroy any gains all day.

Only supps I take are protein and creatine. I do 3 months on, 1 month off, year round with creatine with a gallon of water every day. Everything else is bullshit, IMO. All that crap might have some benefit, but nothing noticeable for me. I save my money for food.

    $200 a month on food
$50 a month on supps (5 lb. tub of ON whey)
    $30 a year on creatine

Started a new workout. So far it feels really good.

    Day 1: Back & Bi
    Day 2: Chest & Tri
    Day 3: Rest
    Day 4: Legs
    Day 5: Shoulders

I use to do Shoulders on Monday and it always made my back sore for the week. Now that im doing back on Monday i feel stronger the rest of the week. Also broke my PR for Back Squats 225lbs!

Zero interest doing legs today. Took a five day break and found myself just going through the motions.

The Marine Corps haha the long version entails spine and head injuries as well as hip and wrist and a compilation of other unfortunate additions but there's no need to elaborate ha just feels good to be moving weights again, even if it is less than half the weight I used to  goals now are to reduce pain and increase strength and flexibility. I'm working a lot more stabilizer muscles and doing a lot more with body weight and dumbells vs back in the day when I was just going for mass.
