Well I had it back at the alignment shop after it happens a couple times. Good guys, I trust them, and they said my tie rods we're bent ever so slightly. So I'm not too worried about the buckets, haven't really slammed it to hard yet, though I will be doing the gussets this month hopefully.

The TC gusset still doesn't prevent the frame from bending in like this / \ which is why i really want to get secondary shock hoops and do a cross hoop next

Even a single tube between the buckets would help considerably. I think it is a combination of motor mount pressure and coilover force on hard hits that bends them so easy. Think about the tension as well as the compression forces...

Mine bent a lot before I got secondary hoops and tube going over the motor... Much more solid now

Wowza! What did It take to bend them back out? Wouldn't that twist the frame and drop the engine?

    Aftermarket nuts and bolts

I spent all day trying to install a set of DTLT headers. I tried everything. I couldnt get the headers in place even after removing all the studs. I lifted up the motor installed the headers and tried to lower the motor back into place and the headers just supported the motor on the buckets.

I threw them in the trash after that. Put my stock ones back in. Like 05TacoRunner, I had to remove all my header studs to take the headers off.

    Lookin' good :)

I'm guessing that fits a 12" coilover and bypass? How high up does the bump stick up? Any issues with the hood?

what all did you have to relocate that sat on the fender well?

I wonder if you can fit them with your extra tubing you added. URD's website says they won't fit with the TC shock tower gussets.

12" coilover and bypass. Bumpstop with valve caps on touches hood when closed.
I wish URD can send me a set and if it fits, i'll buy them hahaha
