    yep. I don't buy from Amazon or fleebay and I don't mind spending a little more for good customer service or to support a good company. I can call them now (10 years after my first purchase with them) and still get technical support for items I bought. Good luck getting that from other vendors....most won't even be around ten years from now. I'm in it for the long haul not the quick cheap deal.

    Also can't beat their return policies, initial warranty, or "free" speaker rings/dash trim kits/wire harnesses/etc.

    Really? I've had great service with Amazon. I posted in NJ not sure if you saw it but my hi lift came a little f'ed up the paint was chipping off the back, boom, 50% refund and they let me keep it.
