    boy was that fun.....those fucking brake caliper bolts were welded on. i was beating on a wrench with a hammer for 10 minutes to break it free.....after that it was a piece of cake

    so, to recap: by rotating my own tires, i saved $40 - ($1.99+$2.99) = $35, probably broke my hand, possibly broke the jack i borrowed, and wasted 4 hours

Since you are buying a product from a certain brand, you would contact that brand for customer support. Go to the source. Why waste time going through a reseller.
