4x4, 09 DCLB 32K miles TRD Sport, 6" lift

wanting to sale my Tacoma, so I can get a new tundra. my truck is a 2009 DCLB with only 32k miles, 35 in toyo open country tires, 6in pro comp stage 1 lift. has palfreybilt front bumper, pelfreybilt bed rack and palfreybilt bed light bar. Cat back Borla exhaust, Borla replacement air filter, stubby antenna, Back up camera, nfab steps I do have the bumper, bed rack and light bar posted up for sale also. book value without any goodies is 27,500 as per my bank last week, I just refinanced the vehicle and this is what they valued the truck at and they don't take in consideration of lift and tires...etc. there is a lein of the vehicle. so what i'm asking is 27K for truck without front plate bumper, bed rack and light bar or 29k for everything.
