Hey Tyler I was just wondering how much the IFS skid weighs? I have it on my truck and pulled it off the other day to change out the front diff oil.

 

55lbs.

 

Tyler do you got any inside dimensions on that snazzy roof rack?

 

Front to rear inside is 48"
Left to right near the back is 41"
Left to right near the front is 43"
It tapers wider to the front to follow the roof line/gutters.

Should have about 50 fully welded by tomorrow night, I decided to add one more little feature around the mounting tubes, sorta extra safety double shear. Taking a little more time but better because of it

I will be ready to start sending units out next week, I have to confirm that all parties in the OC group have paid prior to shipping. The paperwork and billing side of this is more work than the parts it seems. All the shipping calculations etc are super time consuming

I see you have the Warn 9.5XP in your 2012 bumper, do you know if the 9.5XP-S fits in the 2005-11 bumper?

 

Yes it will fit. The bumpers are very similar, the 2012 is just a hair taller in the center around the grille but either bumper will house the 9.5xp.

Yours is waterjet cut and formed. It is in the next group to be welded

 

So i almost ready for that John bull run. Just Need a a skid plate and battery holder i am good to go.

Have the battery, Winch and safety thimble good to go.

Do any of the customer that come in regular that have a Douche bag lift where you could get measurements to make me diff skid plate?
