Any suggestions on a toolbox for a short bed? Im going the black route. I am afraid a 20" will be too long and make the bed obsolete and the 12" will be too small to haul anything.. I am looking at this box

    http://www.uwsta.com/p/63-single-lid-angled-crossover-low-profile-paddle-lift-lock-blk?pp=12

My main concern is clearance from the bed to the bottom of the box. I want to be able to fit snowboards underneath (with bindings) and currently my bed can hold the boards when they lay perfectly straight. Does anyone have this box and can tell me the clearance?

    Any other suggestions on boxes?

measure down 11 3/4'' from the top of the bed rail and the difference is the clearance remaining according to the specs in the link you provided.

Yea, haha. I didn't see that image.

How does everyone feel about a toolbox that takes up 1/3 of the short beds? (20inches of a 60 inch bed)...

I went with the OME 885 springs, a 2" AAL, and 5100 all around (5100 set to the .85 setting in the front).

How do you like the ride with the 5100's at .85" with the 885's? I almost did that...
What are your measurements before and after?

How much lift did you get in the front? Are you nose high at all? Curious as well as I have all of this ready to go on with LR UCA's, but cant decide if I wanna leave billies at 0 or .85.

Good question, being that I installed the lift kit 500 milesinto ownership it’s a little hard for me to say if I felt any difference overthe stock setup. But it does feel really good almost better.

More importantly mywife who has never liked any of my vehicles after I’ve modified them has notsaid one word. So either she can’t tellthe difference or she does not know.:D:D

Unfortunately I did not take a measurement when I put thekit on so I’m not able to tell you the difference, I have thought about goingback to the dealership and measuring a stock truck just to get an idea of whatI gained.

Yeah I guess I'm more curious about your post measurements. They are all pretty much the same stock.

Back to stock wheels for my winter tires. So much better than my old wheels. Looking forward to spring and the return of my BFG/TRD Beadlock setup.

Well I quickly went out and got some down and dirty post measurements of the lift.

Both front and rear wheel wells measure about 8 3/4" from tire to fender
and from the ground to the frame rail is about 15 3/4" front and rear.

I still don't know what stock was:(
