I haven't seen one that was underneath the body. My 70 and 72 mustang both had that floor switch mounted just under the carpet on the interior of the body. Plus my old Chevy trucks had them on the inside. Which cars had them on the outside where you had to get underneath the car/truck to replace them?

As for a mod, I have actually considered installing on on my Tacoma, but use it to control the overhead LED light bar.

Theme songs that you'll never forget from games so simple like Mario. Who can play this in their head? Now I dont know what the hell they use for theme songs.

Any of you men remember, before everyone had cell phones, calling a girl that you liked and her dad picking up? I will admit that after having talked to her dad and being frightened a little made asking a girl out much easier. Kids today will likely never experience that.

They will never have to know that originally, blue jeans were designed to be worn around the waist.

My dad took a guys old-school 8 footer in payment for a couple cord of wood one year, and a year later he got a head unit at an estate auction dirt cheap.

I got relegated to the 'run outside and crank the dish...more....more....wait....oh, a bit more...GREATRIGHTTHERESTOpshityouwenttoofar....back it up just a smidegen..." bitch for like three years. That sucked in the winter cause we had to shovel out the snow in LOS from the bottom of the dish out to the event horizon for it some times...

I just used a floor mounted dimmer switch to control my xmass gift of Rigid,D2, lights. Found a double angle piece of metal at Lowe's. Mounted the dimmer on the "lower side" of the angle and screwed the upper side of the angle to the left side foot rest on my 2010 Taco. The "lower side",with the switch, is forward of the foot rest, due to the limited clearance between the emergency brake pedal and the top of the dimmer switch! My grown daughter was riding with me last evening, and she remarked,"Dad, are your new lights, auto controlled"! It was too, too, funny! She'd never even heard of foot dimmer switches! Made me feel old as dirt! "Damm"!
