It's kind of like running; the first couple times it snows you feel like an exhausted old man after you're done shoveling. By the end of the winter you don't even notice it. Of course, some of us cheat, too.

    :jellydance:
Sunday is when another storm is supposed to run up the east coast again. Once again I'm probably only getting a few inches from it.

Yea Noel....I butchered that last sentance. I was trying to state what DEEVON was saying. Another storm forecast for Sunday/Monday. Potential to be bigger than tonight/tomorrow's storm (I'm in the 8-12" zone). If it occurs it'll be on or around the one year anniversary of the huge one we got last February.

    Ahhh....now I see.
That's funny; that picture of plowing with the Kubota was from that storm last year. We had two feet drifted into the driveway there in front of the garage. I'd push 5 feet and it was rolling back over the bucket. It took me close to an hour to clean the driveway out.

I'd like to have that again tomorrow :D

    ooOOoohh....A PTO Snowblower.
    That's Fancy.
I've got a gravel driveway, though, so even if I had one I'd be afraid to use it, haha!

I'm in Phoenix where it is currently 58 degrees. I was in gloves, jacket and woolen hat during my workout this morning and still cold. I don't know how you folks handle the weather. If I were in snow like that I would be frozen like an icicle!

    Drive safely.

58 degrees...That's t-shirt weather. It was -2 at my house this morning.

    Haha x2

I grew up in Texas where it never got to single digits and anything under 60 was chilly.

    Now I'm happy if it's above 45!

    ^ This!

It's all relative. This past weekend when it got into the 40's after 2 weeks of single digit temps, it felt like summer!!

I'd say we have between 6-8 inches and it's continuing to come down.

My head is going to explode! It is a snow storm not a hurricane!!

This is what my company just posted on our internal website:

"Leaders are encouraging employees throughout the Northeastern United States to exercise caution as Winter Storm Nika could create hazardous driving conditions on Wednesday."
