I started out with 14'' arms and am up to about 16.5", which took about 3 years, but only about 1.5 years of actually taking it serious. Triceps are the bigger of the 2 muscles, so focus extra hard on them. I usually hit tri's once a week, 3 to 4 exercises, 6-15 reps. Sometimes I do heavy weight, low reps (6-8) and sometimes I do light weight, high reps (10-15). I do the same for biceps, except twice a week, once at the beginning of the week and once at the end.

Ha I've got you fooled! Before I started lifting, I was 5'11'' and 140 lbs...If I wore all grey, I looked like a fire pole.

I could write a book on how many different approaches I have taken for big arms. I went 80, 90, 100, 105 on strait bar skull crushers working 15, 12, 10, 8 in reps last week. Strength is there, size isn't. When my arms can fill the gap between my chest and back, I'll post pictures up on here with like 500 hashtags and expect everyone to give a crap. Till then, I can :jerkoff: to the size of everyone else's guns.

Sounds like a calorie problem. My maintenance intake is 2500 cals/day. To gain size/weight, I've got to eat at least 3000 calories/day.

I dropped to 183 on keto over Dec & Jan and got really weak, so I began bulking again lol. I'm back on keto now to get ready for spring break in March. Gonna try to get to around 8-9% bf in a month and half lol.

haha no. I bulked all winter and started keto in December. I got really weak in mid-Jan, so I just went back to eating over maintenance for the second half of Jan. I got my strength back to where it was before my keto cut and then resumed the cut yesterday....it was more of a psychological bulk, I guess.

It's a pain in the ass to figure out a diet and where your maintenance and weight gaining caloric levels are, but after you figure it out, putting on mass will be a piece of cake
