    They're looking for any excuse to kick you out right now. One failed pt test is enough to get you on the list. Even LOC's are being considered.

    Plus it doesn't help for some of the guys that have been in my career field longer, because we're 120% manned and wanting to reduce us to 80% so they have an even higher chance.

    Still plenty of stuff to do over there, just becoming less and less welcome and more and more political than ever.
    North Korea is very low on the totem pole. Many other places we'll go to before that.

    Yeah the issue is the funds all being taken from schools and the military and being diverted into healthcare stuff and welfare and such...

    As the military budget gets lower and lower they have to start cutting people to not break the budget.

    My unit was at 120% when we came back from Iraq and they booted a shit ton of people. Mostly PT and height/weight failures.

    I didn't think it was for me either... Luckily I'm in a Huey Squadron and not the dreaded Missilers who continue to draw attention. We've been East all my life / career Shaw, AFB with F16's and Fort Bragg, NC with AFSOC my family has really enjoyed Wyoming thus far.

    ya im warm blooded so ill probably be in my jeans and sweatshirt and boots, but i will have the rest just in case. cause ya know, it is wyoming. suppose to snow sunday also.
