Yeah it's been horrible how untrusting people have become. I'm a very trusting person by nature and it pisses me off to be so blatantly lied and stolen from. I just don't know how people can live with themselves.

Well he finally called me back after I texted him and he admitted he has the rims. He said he really needed the money and that's why he kept them. He offered to drop them off at my house and I told him I don't want him anywhere near my house. I told him I could pick them up and he was very adamant not to have me anywhere near his house, which I could care less to do. We agreed to meet at 5:30 at the Dairy Queen down the street by my house. We'll see if he shows up.

Thanks, I'm just blown away by this guy. He tried to flip it and make it look like I was the bad guy and was taking money away from him. I just want it over with and I really hope he doesn't blow me off.

If he shows up, tail him and send me his address. I'm in SF right now and wouldn't mind a detour. :D

Haha, thanks for the offer, but he won't let me know his address.

Oh there will be some consequences on craigslist.

Ugh, I wish there was good enough snow to justify a snow trip right now. Still haven't been able to use my season pass at Dodge Ridge.

Well he actually showed. I pulled up and he had the rims unloaded out of his truck and took off right when I got there. No words exchanged as there wasn't anything to be said. Glad that ordeal is over and I definitely learned a lesson.

Yeah. I have to say that I was blown away by what I found out after the fact. That bit is detailed toward the end of the article.

People don't care. I sold a surfboard on craigslist and a week later dude had it back up for $50 more. Pretty petty if you ask me.
