    Hey Shawn,

Just did the following with my TRD offroad:

Billies all around, front at 1.75"
Rear with Icon progressive AAL, 1.5"
    265/75/16 Duratracs

Really happy with it so far, the front is noticeably stiffer but not necessarily in a bad way. I do think that at 2.5" it might be "too stiff" with the progressive TRD offroad springs. I do think it would fit a 285, probably with some trimming.

But, with any 1.5" AAL and the Bilsteins in the front as above, it looks pretty great and rides well so far. This probably wouldn't fit a 285 well, just from eyeballing it.

Haha thanks Rick! I've been lurking for a while and just recently signed up. Got my 2014 just about 4 weeks ago. Just started modding this week :)

Yeah I can get you one. It may be in my garage as it's cold as as hell here, ha

How much lift will the AAL add? the 1'' bilsteins may not be enough.

Hmm good question and not something I thought about a lot with my build. I'm up about 1.5" in the back on mine, the shop that did my install is pretty reputable and didn't say it would be an issue. Think it will be ok with the bilsteins? My guess would be that it wouldn't be a good idea with 2" AAL or Dakars/other spring packs that add more lift. Thoughts?

ETA: DSM states the 5100s are good for 0-1.5" of rear lift:

Are those the stock Bilstein heavy duty shocks that come with the truck? If 5100 shocks, you're good, but if stock, I believe you risk having them put under too much stress, but I'm no pro.

I set my 5100s at 1.75" up front and added a toytec 1/4" spacer to the top of the strut assemblies

Gave me 2.25" of lift up front and no UCA change required

Toytec 2" AAL on rear springs gave me a 1.5" lift in the rear because I have a Leer 100X shell. Tires are 265/70-17 Cooper. Shocks are 5100s

Rides good and no issues with the front end alignment

There is no lift with rear non adjustable Billies, only the front. Usually a single leaf aal will add 1.5" rear lift, depending on manufacturer. OP, what is the exact tire size/wheel combo you are consdiering ?
