Just make a note in here that you are attending! There will be a bigger head count list once it gets closer. And all you have to do is check in at BFE when you get there and usually get some swag. :D the event is free but donations can be made towards BFE. Details on the first page about that.

i'll get a list going here this month...then we'll have people sign in at BFE when they show up...

there will be trail signups and planning done throughout the week at BFE..

we'll have a main tent setup..come see any of us by the tent and we'll help you out

there are no registration fees...but we HIGHLY recommend a donation as we will be raising money to donate to Area BFE and Stay the Trail this year..if you are donating $20 or more then you will be entered into the raffle that will be held friday or saturday night :D

That is a solid list. I am going to try and wheel with you and Mike a decent amount. I definitely want to hit annual hells and kane. I'm just not sure if I will be doing any trails on the 1st. I will need that day for driving.

Can we include a list of contact info at sign up this time? I remember we had a hard time contacting people to see if they were still doing runs or whatnot. Or some that couldn't find the meetup spots. Just a main list would be ok

we had a list of emergency contacts...

talking about numbers to trail leaders?

maybe we can have one person from each group make sure and record their number with someone at the tent before heading out...

Looks like a fairly good like up. Here is what I was thinking:

24th- Drive / night run some where.

25th- Fins (Morning - if my buddy comes) then No Idea

    26th- No Idea

    27th- No idea

    28th- no idea

29th-Annual Hells complete the last undone obstical

    30th-Rusty Nail -riding along

    31st- no idea

1st- something then drive home that night

    2nd- working

I leave the choosing to the other guys in the group cause well I am sheep

Not just trail leaders. Sometimes only one person would be listed for a trail run and we wanted to double check they were still going if we wanted to join, type thing. But didn't have contact info.

    Your suggestion sounds doable.

    I like that idea.

It is decent amount more work, but I have no problem collecting the information once the official list is started. Bob if this is something you want to have done, let me know. Once the official list is started we can try to have everyone PM me their information. I will put it together on a spreadsheet and bring copies to the event.

Bob, I'm sure you can tag along on Moab Rim with us on Saturday during Cruise Moab if you want to (whether you're signed up for it or not). We can make it work.

If your not camping in area bfe does everyone meet at different location for the trail of choice? Or does everyone depart from area bfe each morning at 8 am?

most groups will start from BFE, but we have a list of meeting locations on Post #5 that we will utilize for most all trail runs...unless all riders are at BFE already

i recommend coming out to BFE early on and get a run down of trails that will be running and to let us and trail leaders know to keep an eye out for you at the meeting locations

we'll try to get lists going for trail runs early (next month or so) to help out in planning for those who already know what they want to run...this way groups have an idea of who's going with who..

all other groups will generally be formed the day before or morning of trail runs.
