Looks like 6"-8". Should be quiet at work since 1/3 of the people who work there are afraid to drive in snow.

We had about 6" at home when I left, roads weren't bad. The tires on the Ferd are surprisingly pretty awesome in the snow.

I guess I'll see if the S/T Maxx's live up to the reviews about how well they do in the snow.

Hey now, it's not Ford related, you could get the same tires on your Tacoma!

Even with the issues I've had with Cooper in the past, they have always made tires that do very well in the snow, in my opinion. Hopefully yours live up to the hype.

Probably about 6" here. Took a ride to get some gas for the blower a while ago and the roads were slick but not bad. Did a round of snow blowing and now just working from home. don't feel like dealing with idiots on the roads today

Nice, I was going to drive my wife in as well, but they canceled work for her early this morning. It's not THAT bad out IMO. Not like a storm of the century or anything, just need to take it slow and steady. That said, I said F-it and am working from home. No need to deal with all the tards out there.

I had a set of ATRs crap out. They started splitting about an inch from the outter lip of the rim, all the way around on all 4 tires. The cracks started getting deeper so I took them back to the place I bought them. Cooper actually stepped up and warrantied them, pro-rated for the tread (I had about 55% usable tread left). Because I had 55% tread left, they said they'd give me 55% off any new Cooper tires I wanted and I ended up getting the AT3s. The AT3s I started having issues keeping them wearing straight and not feathering but I switched to H/T tires and don't know how they would have done in the long term.

My old man was having balancing and uneven wear issues with 3 consecutive sets of Coopers and 2 different trucks. I know a lot of people are having great luck with them and my dad and I have always had excellent luck with them in the past but lately it seems things have changed.

Even with the 'issues', we have never had any complaints regarding traction. They have always performed very well in wet and snowy conditions.

    Yep.

The michelin at's are pretty decent for an OE tire. I liked the MS2's on my tacoma better in the snow, but the at's on my ford work truck performed well too.

I've never bucked up and spent the money for Michelins in the past, always too rich for my blood but I will strongly consider them now. I haven't touched 4wd in any of the storms we've had other than to make sure it engages. The truck is pretty heavy which helps, I'm sure but I'm impressed how well they're doing with turning and stopping.

Honestly I loved my MS2's. For everyday driving, heavy rain, and everything but the deepest snow they were equal to or superior to the duratracs. It would be nice to pick up a set for daily driving, and have a separate set of off road tires/wheels

Gotta run out to Trader Joe's to get my "honey-buy" list purchased before they close down for the rest of the day.

Aren't you guys supposed to get something like 14 - 16 inches of snow?
