Eh, see my Build Thread sig link. Too many mods to list.
is where I got mine from.

Does it look like they can come apart so you could get the glass out?

Edit: Disregard, I looked at the closeup pics.

Just wondering if there was a good write up to follow, what they wired them in with, and there is a plug on the back of the map lights, just wondering what it's for

    Head unit. That's it.
I know there are probably 1000 threads on this, so flame away. I searched "2.7l re-gear, regear, what gears, which gears" and it didn't really pull anything that struck my fancy in the title. So, I have a 2.7l 4cyl. TRD OR. Looking to possibly re-gear. Running 285's. What is the benefit of 4.56's or 4.88's. I do use it at hwy speeds, as I live about an hour from where I work. 55-60 mph. I had a suggestion from another TW'er about shipping my axle and diff out to someone, but I'm really looking to have it done locally, although the only place I can find is 4wheelparts.

Links will work too. I can read, just not find.

I'll have to post the total later tonight. Ordered through Camelback Toyota in Phoenix. They have a presence on TW. No discount for TW now but the prices are very reasonable compared to my local dealers.

Order the 3rds from east coast gear supply. It'll take a day maybe two but pretty much a bolt-on job once you have the 3rds.

    It's not.

It's a 01-04 mirror. If it's manual then the housing stays put and glass moves vs the whole housing moving like on 95-00 manual mirrors.

Or it's a powered and he just moves the glass as needed.

This is true DC power, the truck is the ground. The two wires are power when switch is open and power when switch is closed.

Just grab the two wires from the dome light and you will be good.
