Some sexy 1st gens here... When I go to buy a "new" outdoor vehicle in 4-5 years, I will consider top grade 1st gens under 100k miles. Probably won't happen, but I'll consider it.

Bought my '03 DC in early '04 with only 4K on it for just under 20K from a dealer in Denver. Got them to throw in a 7 yr Toyota Certified Warranty as well. Just about to turn 95k on the odometer. :)

There are a lot of tight wads and cheap asses on TW though. There are people willing to pay off those trucks. A problem they will run into, though, is a bank isn't going to finance $20k on an 03.

It's a waste of time. When I sold my last truck I had a ton of interest, but everyone was a low ball or tried to tell me it blue books the same as a 5 lugger. I got my asking price though.

Darn these suckers for keeping the pricing up :D

Blows my mind what people pay for certain things. My sister and her knucklehead husband do this shit all the time. Last year they bought a full size Chevy with a dealer installed Pro Comp lift. Man they got it up the "A" and are still claim it was a good deal.

Now when they buy something they also fib to me about the pricing becuase they both know they're idiots and I'm always happy to point it out :p

I say if you are selling something you might as well go big and see if some idiot bites.

Yup, they're pricey. I spent a year looking for my 03' extended cab, 4WD, TRD with 130k miles and I paid $11k for in CA. Which is kinda cheap there.
