    It's best to figure out what you want to do then pick groups. For popular trails groups fill fast and by this point there will be multiple groups for runs. At least for cliff hanger I would prefer to keep it at about 8, so with the people that have posted already our cliff hange group is almost full

    the thing about this group that gets tough is as you know Rocky, Brady, Ben and I move fast and i think you did well on MM. I just hope Pete, Lauren, and Blake dont mind keeping pace. Not that we dont crawl but if it's smaller than a cinder block rocky and i barely even slow down.
