Hey everybody, I recently had a small fender bender with my 2013 Tacoma the other day. Just some easy front end damage to fix, but this also gives me to opportunity to maybe add a thing or two.

Something I've always really liked and started to look for but have had trouble finding is a Grill that say's "TOYOTA" across it. Like the old school ones or like the ones on the FJ Cruiser.

I've seen before the people with the RAPTOR lettering look, I like that too, but most were for Tacoma models before 2012.

Is there a place too go to for these? or would buying a custom grill and adding on the letters myself my better option?

Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

You can usually get the TACOMA emblems on ebay. I have both the old fj metal emblem and the large white emblem. There is a Toyota site that you can get them from also. I forget which one though, maybe someone will chime in with it.

The satoshi style grill is really nice with those emblems. The grill is just hard to make. Homertaco is making a DIY kit for this on the 2012+ grills.

I started building another "Satoshi" grill (dragging my ass though), I believe that's what you're looking for...

The 2012+ Tacoma grills like you speak of are mostly a complete "custom" affair (Satoshi), some only require minor modification - cutting out the center - by the installer (Grillcraft).

Let me know if you want to work-out a deal on a Satoshi... FWIW - you're looking @ about $650 + S/H, with the large T-O-Y-O-T-A emblem installed.

(will look like this, but with the large emblem)

    just my opinion...

The satoshi/homergrill and the grillcraft grill looks good on the 2nd gens.

The 2012-2014 models i prefer the grillcraft, something about the satoshi grill make it look odd. Could just be the color combos and the other mods added that makes me think this way during my research.

no offense to the John_RI, i posted this before i saw your post.
