I wouldn't be as worried about that. Those brakes probably work really well being just a bicycle. Starting off getting that thing rolling looks like it maybe difficult. Do much weight to get going. I'd love to try it though.

So because he didn get up he deserved a broken arm? Fuck he might as well shot him in the leg for sitting then if you wanna run down that argument. I would understand that fallacy if the individual was mentally stable, an adult, that was putting up a fight against TWO officers. He was a disabled (as the vid and short bus indicate) teenager who stood up and then the cop snapped his arm. So where in your mind does this show as resisting arrest and warrants the extent of physical force that the officer used?

 

Wow, just wow.... From watching that video twice it looks like the officer put a lot more excessive force on his arm than he needed to to cuff him or restrain him. I hope and pray that the parents sue and get that officer off the force. While I accept that there was evidently a legitimate reason for the officers to remove him from the bus, THAT kind of force was not necessary. The two of them could have handled this a lot better.

I truly hope you are being sarcastic. If not sir, well, to avoid being banned I will not tell you my true opinion. That was a DISABLED KID, not a combative adult.

That sucks but he should have got up when asked. The cop was being a nice guy and he was being a little punk. He obviously just needs his dad to give him a good ole fashion butt whooping (like a lot of kids) and there would be a lot less of this nonsense going around. No one disciplines they're children anymore.

Plus it's not that hard to break something if it twists or relaxes just right. I don't think he used excessive force at all.
