I went the opposite direction and got rid of my sub. Too old for that.

I've got one 10" sub. Don't use it much, but it is nice to have on road trips.

I spent 3 hours making it. Only thing I had to wait for was the 48 hrs for the bedliner to dry

So the only thing you're really getting on the TRD pro is resi's and a 2" lift.... And shitty wheels. I'll pass just like I passed on the t/x baja. I'll stick with my TRD off road and get the icon kit with resi's or I'll go the toytec/bilstein resi route

2 big subwoofers in a small truck never goes with sound quality in my opinion. My 1 10" sealed sub was more than plenty to drown out the speakers and annoy me. Sound quality means you need to be able to hear the highs also.

    Bone stock. For now.
I had it in my old X-Cab with two Alpine Type E 12" subs. Sounded pretty good considering the air space. It was cheap-ish. I never used the back seat for anything, and there was room on top of the box for me to set anything on if I needed too. Now with my double cab that I actually use the back seat for, I use this:

I screwed it to the floor, and viola!

That setup would last about 3 days in my truck before it got broken. I always have too much crap in the backseat area

Works fine for me. I only screwed the back side down, so it still has some give if something hits it. And if I have anything too big, or that I'm worried about damaging anything inside the truck, I just put it in the bed.

Meh. I almost bought an '05 4Runner and a trailer instead of my Tacoma. I don't know why but I miss having an SUV.
