My boss is like a damn song stuck on repeat. I was supposed to get a company truck over a year ago.
No but they can't figure out what's wrong with it

Typical. Give it some time it will be back up and running. In the mean time fight for that company vehicle and keep the Taco for trips to the reservation cause I plane on fishing there again, next time more than just a day.;)

Basically they said the next step is to start swapping out ecu's at $1500 each to see if that resolves the issue but they have no idea if that's the problem. That or start pulling wires and see if that's the issue

    ... With the tax refund.

End of the month. And it's a crappy little dog.

Id rather be pissed off than divorced.

Not at all. Hopefully they don't cut much more of mine before I get there.

:( Sorry B Hope they can find the issue.

Just ask him... explain you are having issues with your truck and it's currently not dependable and if he wants the job to stay on schedule....

  Holy cow... that's expensive. I thought that's what the obd port was for... to test the systems and figure out what's wrong :notsure:

    You getting the bull dog?

I meant at work... We had a blazer and no garage and we just plugged it in and it did fine. Open the door, push the clutch in, put the transfer case in neutral, transmission in gear, and come back in 10 minutes... All warm and ready to go.

Is he a giant like you? then just ask and look mean :D Good luck!!!

The problem is the issue isn't staying constant. They couldn't replicate the issue longer enough to study the issue. They had the truck in for several hours today running diagnostics but couldn't find anything. They even took it for a long drive with the scan tool hooked up to the obdII port but it would go on and off too quick for the comp to read it.
I've already told him I'm having issues and we missed a day of work this week because my truck was down. We took my labourers truck today, it's getting even worse now.

I'm considering an f150 if I have to get a truck

I'd rather drive a damn battery powered scooter then to touch a government motors brand vehicle. I'll take the bus before I buy a chev
