You had those in an FJ as well right? If its the same one I'm remembering it looked pretty sweet. Will be cool to see these in the tacoma.

 

same thing i started doing before picking up my truck. hopefully my retros will be at home waiting for me today! is there any reason you went for a larger projector? just looks/cause it can fit?

Just looks because a small projector will look very odd in these huge housings.

 

do you think the mini d2s will look too small? thats what i ordered for my 2014.

 

Depends on the shroud really. I like to cover as much of that reflector as possible.

 

i see. got the apollo 2.0 full circle. ill put them in and if i dont like it i can always redo them. either way look forward to seeing these put on your new truck.

I have a spruce mica too, have fun trying to keep it clean. It's worse than black!

My 20mm Carclo lenses arrived today, these will go in the "marker" light of the headlight backed with an amber Koito side marker from a 2014 Nissan Rogue LED headlight
