I was wondering if I can use my ome 3 in kit with the max trac spindles or am I better off just buying the full 6 in kit ?

I run the MaxTrac Spindles with Billies set at 1.75 for about a 6in lift and still rides fine but you might want to get some UCAs sometime. That's my next move:D

I installed mine myself this Christmas and it took me a good full day of work. You have to disconnect everything from the stock spindle (tie rods, UCA, LCA, etc) The problem I had was with the billies on my truck I couldn't connect the new spindle to the UCA and LCA without just taking the billies out. I was planning on taking them out to adjust anyways so it worked out :D but does take a little elbow grease!

Icon Ext travel CO, Icon tubular uniball UCAs, Maxtrac Spindles, Icon RR rear w 2"aal.
With the OME and the Maxtrac spindles, you'll net roughly 7" of lift up front. You'll most likely need new UCA's just due to the 3" the OME provides. The real pain is going to be trying to level out the rear. You will probably need roughly +/-5" of either a custom leaf pack or combination of leaf pack and block. Don't forget the new rear shocks to accommodate the new rear lift, carrier bearing drop to help with potential vibes, and possibly a driveshaft spacer.
