    Happy to talk to anyone who has questions about the program or my home buying experience, my appraisal on my new house is going through today - everything's been going pretty smoothly and I learned alot these past few weeks.

    Jons resource was very helpful although I personally didn't end up going with the program because of the higher interest rate and the pts that were taken off the top if I had used it. It definitely could be very helpful to many people depending on your situation - and applies to any home buyers not just first time homebuyers - just not for me
