FS: 2012 TRD Sport Double Cab-6 speed/4WD- Fairfax VA

TRUCK HAS BEEN SOLD! Will be up for sale soon at Honda of Chantilly, it's still all there minus the TRD Shifter and Weathertech mats...

I am selling my 2012 DC TRD Sport(6-speed) and wanted to start on the Tacoma World forums. I bought the truck in April 2012(so it's a one owner) and have meticulously maintained it. It currently has 40k on it and since I have a 4runner, the mileage shouldn't change much. I am in sales so most of the miles are highway(put 1k on it first week I owned it).

Some details:
- Has Jason Pace color-matched shell on it, includes LED lighting and carpeted roof, dual keyed locks and sliding windows(tinted factory)
- Bridgestone Dueler Revo 2 Tires(265/70/17-including spare) put on at 27k, as you know the factory tires were horrible.
- it has BT, SiriusXM and homelink(which was removed for 2013 I am pretty sure)
- TRD short shifter, makes the shifting effortless and easy(will include stock shifter)
- 35% Huper Optik tint on the front two windows(matches the rear doors great)
- Toyota All-season mats. Also have Weathertech Digital-fit mats that I can throw in for the right buyer(holding off selling them for now).
- Has factory rubber mat in bed
- Serviced by the dealer under Toyota Care up until 25k and since then I use Synthetic oil every 5k with Toyota filter, have service records.
- Just did the following service- Changed oil(used Castrol Edge) and filter(Toyota), changed the air filter(Toyota), cabin filter(Toyota) and spark plugs(Denso).
-Just had it inspected, so you are all set in VA for another year!

Overall it's a great truck and is ready to go for the next owner. I just had the truck detailed, so it's clean as a whistle!

In looking at the value guides, NADA has the truck at $27,425 for clean trade-in so I am asking slightly less to hopefully give someone a great deal. I am asking $27,200/obo for the truck. I own the truck free and clear, so no issues with getting the title.

Please note I am not looking to part out any items from the truck, so I kindly ask folks to not post anything asking.

man why can this be 3 month ago ..... that was the color and year I was looking for ..... in up getting a white one.....

Driving the truck some today to keep it tip-top....tank will be filled for new owner.....Bump- 26k still takes it....CarMax has a similar truck(OR-Auto) with 40k for 29,988 but adding in the cap...it's really a wash...plus the manuals are more fun to drive...

Great deal. I almost paid this much for my 2010. You may want to consider parting out the shell because not everyone is looking for a camper shell. You'll widen your options without the shell IMO. Just a suggestion. GLWS though!

 

I don't want to hassle with parting out the shell as the new owner can sell it but knowing my luck the one guy who shows up(after I sold it) would have wanted the shell.....

I am lowering the price to $25,750, so you figure if you can sell the shell for $1k( or close), you could be in a truck for under 25k and Carmax wants 29,998 for a very similar truck(OR auto DC with no shell at 40k miles)....see below....my truck is a literal steal...Just trying to give someone a great deal
