Yeah, you all think you're very funny.

After talking to SecretChipmunkFab I ordered a 2nd set of Dually Diffused lights for the bed.

Going to mount all 8 3w lights in the bed walls together and then run 4 diffused duallys on the rack itself and the strip light Aaron linked to a few weeks ago on the rear awning.

Now taking bets on how long it takes for me to go Dual Battery.

Am I going to have any issues hooking up some 500 Hellas to the factory fog light wiring?

Well its a land Cruiser with a diesel so I've got that going for me.
Head over to Autozone or whatever and get a simple relay wiring setup! Not worth cooking your wiring and will get better power to the lights. Super easy to install. Just use the stock wiring for the fogs to trigger the relay and you're done.

I'll get to that after everything has been resolved. It's important that I recoop some of my aftermarket parts ASAP

I like it. Like the Inferno color also. And the 4 Runner looks badass. Maybe I should get the wife one, if I hit the lottery. :)

Ask yourself, Why do I want this?
If your answer is "for more performance", you're kidding yourself. If this is your only power mod, it is wasted cash. To truly get more power out of the exhaust, you have to allow the engine to bring more power in (i.e. different intake or supercharger). It's an entire engine approach that must be taken to gain actual HPs and torque.

Even Cold Air Intakes have minimal change in actual engine performance; they do make your intake louder and small increase in throttle response, leading A LOT of buyers to think its actually better. All the while, you're getting worse MPGs because it sounds cooler and you're romping the throttle constantly. (Lol!! I'm guilty of this)

If more/better sound is your answer then lay down the cash. Sound is a personal preference thing.

Can't beat the stock exhaust. Toyota spent a ton of research dollars tuning the engine and exhaust to make the best power and last forever.

    But...That's my opinion.

That's a "model" trailer for sure... Will be reading that thread a lot during my trailer build. Still up in the air for a full build like that or an over haul of a M101A(?). A full build would have zero questions about condition of existing parts and completely custom.

Yeah but the wire gauge is a bit small for aftermarket high performance lights.

I have the MBRP dump exhaust on mine. Sounds okay and keeps everything nice and clean under there with the high clearance and what not. Didn't do it for any power gains that's for sure. Just not that into the cut exhaust setups folks run.

Makes sense. There's a lot of "gimmicks" out there. Sound doesn't mean anything. Unless it's a MOPAR Hemi. I mean a real MOPAR Hemi from the late 60's, early 70's. Yes I'm old. I wasn't planning on dropping that kind of money on a better sound. Lot's of other things $700 will buy.
