It is only that simple for people who don't work out. Working out changes everything. Then you have people trying to get lean gains, max gains, gains along with leaning out, maintain and lean out, etc......

Then it does matter what you eat.

Your upper arm should be at 18?! I've been aiming for that for 4 years lol. I started out at 14.5" and am at 16.5" It can't be done any faster than that w/o "help" or SERIOUS dedication. My BMI calculator says I'm overweight @ 200 and 13% bf. Don't trust those things. 18" arms w/ low body fat are fucking huge man. My workout partner is on the hefty side and has 17's, but they look small b/c they're not define. 15's define look bigger than 17's surrounded by fat, IMO

That's what I refer to as breakfast :D

^^^^This...I eat 3 packs of Skittles and drink a 12 pack every night after doing my WODS. CROSSFIT!

Room temp faucet water FTMFW...I do a gallon a day. If you wanna make sure you drink enough water, take a gallon milk jug and put marks on it. I am usually awake from 8am-12a, so I marked a gallon milk jug with marks per hour that I'm awake. To me, it's easier if I carry a jug around and can look at it and see where I need to be. That way, you're not stuck chugging water before bed (although, I do get up in the middle of the night when I take the dog out around 1, 3, and 5am and chug a glass.) You pee a lot more, but it helps.

Word. I drive myself fucking nuts counting macros. The misses and I went to Mexican tonight, which threw off my plan, so I went into the kitchen and downed a shake to make sure I hit the macros lol.

whisky and water, my friend :D

:anonymous: I know better than that, but we had an all-day gun-shooting, drink-a-thon today....I had to pace myself

Plus, without the water, the macros stay the same :D It's always awkward being the dude randomly taking shots while everyone else is steadily drinking. Makes you look like a badass, AND you're skipping out on all the carbs and calories

:woot: Did bench today and hit a new PR of 255! My previous best was 225 that I hit back in October. Haven't maxed since then.

Feel.. is that spanish for something?

I dead lifted 350 on monday, twice. Then my friend added a few plates and did 475 like it was nothing. He's so fat and built like a gorilla it's not fair!

i personally know 2 girls that can deadlift 350, and 475 is really not that heavy for deadlifts.

I don't drink much beer anymore, thankfully, because it seemed to always be guiness and man is it fattening, lol. Now my main drink of choice is Jameson or Bushmills with coke zero or straight with 2 ice cubes.
