    Morning Ken. I actually prefer the night shift over getting caught up in the reindeer games on day shift. Spent the last 14 of my 26 years active duty in various Superintendent positions. I like being just a "worker" with no manager responsibilites now. Add my retirement check to my paycheck for this job, and I make quite a bit more money than I did when I retired from active duty with about 1/20th of the stress. I have nothing to complain about really.

    So you're getting a floor show with your morning coffee? :cool: :D

    while true, the cost of any decent UAS is still around $500k for the aircraft only... I won't be buying one of those... ever... but I will fly the shit out of them :D

    He does have a point - but I would extend it past the NHL and say that there shouldn't be any pro athlete in the games - NBA, MLS, etc. I think they do it more for ratings than anything. Remember the US dream team with Jordan? the other countries didn't even stand a chance with the US team being packed full of NBA players.
    And the schedule is insane - the NHL is still playing games tonight and the Olympic games start on Wednesday - that gives them 3 days to travel half way around the world, practice and get used to their new teams. Then the gold medal game is on the 23rd and the NHL starts back up with games on the 25th. Those guys are going to be exhausted!
