    No good, someone lost their gallbladder and an old fat lady had a vascular catheter put in for dialysis. Also had to do a lumbar puncture on a huge fat lady that was over 600lbs, we had to dig up an old whaling harpoon because even a fucking spinal needle wouldn't do the job
