    Cop was actually super nice. Kid wasn't cooperating. Not sure why he moved his arm like that though. But there wasn't any anger shown by the officer. However busting his arm might have been taking anger out on the kid.

    People are way too fast to judge the police and their actions. If you're not in law enforcement, you obviously don't understand. Do what the police say. Don't try to be a tough guy. That kid appears to be a bit of a goof off, not cooperating, has a problem with authority and then making a scene once they hurt him. Guess what..
