UCA's

So I am looking to purchase a custom suspension kit from wheelers off road and I noticed there are multiple packages with different UCA's. I am definitely going the tubular route as I wont be using the suspension to its full potential. Are the camburgs a good brand? Or should I just go with the Icon tubular ones? Or even Total chaos.

Lol well regarding the camburgs it looks like there is different quality versions? I could get the cheapest kit with the camburgs and my lift would cost total around 2.2k with all icon stuff besides the ucas since I got a great deal on some rear Icon shocks. If that's the case I could go that route but the camburgs ucas are only like 400 compared to the others that start at 7 and above....

 

Why not get LR for $400 and save some money?

 

they're not "quality" differences per se, between the $700 version and the $400,

one is a uniball UCA, one is a ball joint UCA.
with the BJ one, you use a normal BJ but it changes the joint angle to get you a little more travel.

with the other, you're paying for the strength and travel of a uniball

 

Okay so the uniball ones will require less maintenance correct?
