CVS sells hard liquor in states where it is allowed.
Walgreens does not sell hard liquor, just a small selection of beer, wine, and some of those frozen margarita/daiquiri packs (adult Otter Pops)

Walgreens does not sell smokes at it's smaller pharmacy-only locations.

And BTW: They used to sell smokes at the hospital.
When grandpa was in for his last month I remember the vending machine out in the hallway outside of the room with the iron lungs.

I remember sitting in the examination room with my mom and my doctor while they smoked and discussing me and whether the new cancer warning about saccharin was valid. Turns out saccharin was cleared, but second hand smoke was no concern then.

They could. E-cigs hazards may compare similarly to a nicotine patch or gum, which CVS sells.

Vs second hand exposure to your neighbors heater, fireplace, grill, stove vent, or your Tacoma's exhaust to a pedestrian.

The second hand smoke from cigarettes was never found hazardous because of nicotine, but from the toxic chemicals produced from combustion, and they find e-cigs to emit 1:10th the nicotine compared to a burning cigarette.

Do you know of studies that conclude second hand harm from e-cigs?

I dont think e cigs have been tested much at all, dont some of the juice thats in them use the ingredients found in antifreeze?
Im pretty sure ecigs arent fda regulated either similar to synthetic marijuana that is sold in stores.

That is the problem with e-cigs.
    They are inconsistent and unregulated.
Even the same unit may deliver widely varying dosages in each hit.
We can't trust food and toys from certain countries overseas, but we will inhale the vapors from a chemical compound of unknown origin that has been vaporized by one of these products?

    Homey don't think so.
I'd go back to Camels before an E-Cig if I felt the need to smoke anything other than a pipe.
    Devil we know.
