I tried to start a SW/NRV group but it didn't happen.. I've been lurking around here since then though. I'm up in MD/DC/NoVa area now but I'm down that way a decent amount still for various reasons. I'll let you know next time I head that way and maybe we can meet up or something. My girlfriend's family lives about 45 minutes south of campus so it'd really be no problem to make a little detour down 460 one day.

Well, the first meet went well. Travis and I just shot the shit for a few hours. Sucks that Frank had to work. Next one will be better, even though this one wasn't bad. I'm sure we can find a mutual spot between Lynchburg, Harrisonburg and Blacksburg.

Well most likely I will be drinking alcoholic beverages and would rather not drive 2-2 1/2 hours back home, I have some folks I could stay with in Harrisonburg, not Charlottesville though.

Smart man! I don't mind it after only a beer er two like tonight but more than that and I don't wanna go far!

I'm not sure next weekend will er early be good for me though. I just put down a good chunk for my cb setup and some other stuff from this weekend so I should probably really wait the 2 weeks for that next paycheck..

ALSO: anyone know of any decent spots to eat along 81 south of Stanton? I'd like to include you if we can Kevin, but I know Harrisonburg and cville are a little far for just a short meet up

Not in that much of a hurry. I could wait a couple months, I imagine it won't warm up here until about April. What kind of adhesive would I be looking for? I doubt the px has it but I can check another store on the German economy.

Anything that's pretty high quality for holding these saddle ties to the sheet metal under there.

went to work and looked in the bed of my truck during lunch and the damn bedlights have fallen off the rail becuase of the cold. I went to the px to see what adhesive they have they have some 3m tape double strength but I don't think that will hold up to the elements. I guess I'll let them hang in the bed until it gets warm before I redo them. The only thing I saw was gorilla glue that might work.

Alright, I grab a tube of 3M 5100 and throw it in the kit. I've found on both the bed lights and rock lights the 3M heavy duty tape doesn't hold up very long.
