The way I see it, I think Dylan knows what he's doing and I trust him.
I don't know better than him on how it "should be" or what "looks right"

I just don't want my leafs to snap in two cause that would really suck.

My concern would be with the shackle contact with the leafs. I haven't seen many setups like that. Maybe it's not bad with those shackles as they lay flat on the leaf versus a stock shackle.

If travel is ideal, components aren't subject to premature wear (more than other shackle flip options) and it rides good, then it's a good setup.

Maybe not perfect but I don't think there's a perfect setup out there. I know every time I change mine I find things wrong with it and no where near perfect.

^x2. Just gotta see how it's gonna work on the trail. Sounds like a nice flexy pack :woot:
Maybe some video of the shackle/pack on the trail would help a bunch deciding how to set it up just right but it sounds like Dylan has it down best with current components.

    Yes I want to wheel.

Yeah maybe I could borrow a go pro from someone and put it back there somewhere. That would be cool

I like that extra corner hoop. Make sure he shortens up the sides by the wheel well to compensate for your fender trim to fit 35's.

Thanks for that. Would have completely forgot.

How many inches do I need to have him compensate for? 2"?
