You're right though, one can be tracked though since it has a serial number, the other doesn't.

I think he mentioned 1901 as being the cutoff..guns that age or older are only considered decorative and such, as in unable to be used so he doesn't need the FFL.

Meh. Not sure why they'd choose to use a 2nd gen; for something like that I'd think fewer electronics would be more desirable.

Hi guys, maybe this isn't the right place to ask this, but I have a 2000 V6, auto Taco that is stock. I'm thinking of retiring it from daily driver status and converting it into a trail only build. But before I take that plunge, I'd like to try out trail riding first.

So, can anyone recommend trails that a stock Taco could do?

Where in CT are you? I know of a few local spots. In the next few weeks i would like to get a trail run together on the CT RI line near putnam, which IMO is a perfect spot for what you are looking for, easy trails but there is a few obstacles where you can get a feel for what your truck is capable of.

Nothing like standing at the top of a maxed out 40 foot ladder in the morning to get the blood going.

 

You will only touch your sliders if you try to at the RI spot, i dunno if you have been there before but it is pretty mellow.

I haven't really planned anything yet, maybe a few weeks out on a sunday.

I will echo the quit smoking idea. It was one of the best things I did was to quit.
