I know right? the pump was whining for a month or so and finally just quit. After i got the rear finished and started hitting whoops the pump really was screamin and then died. No power steering and parking in san luis is a pain in the asss:mad:

Had a great session, ran into 2 other gen2s and a jeep, I got the kid in an OR to go up one of the steeper/longer hillclimbs. The Sport with stock tires
    Couldn't get it.

Then on the way out 5 minutes from the gate I decided to be a hero and
    Make my own trail.

    It's worse than it looks.

Well the driver side (what I posted pic of) was already damaged in the rear quarter panel, so Im not too bummed about that.

Passenger side has a ton of light scratches in it from oak branches though, which does suck, hopefully that can be buffed out.

DrColorChip works GREAT for some of those scratches that go through the paint. I have used it and SWEAR by it. It is definitely worth a try. I would try it on the chips BEFORE getting it buffed and waxed. Good luck bro.

The HIDs are PnP when you are using the existing (stock) lamps, lenses and reflectors but I am installing projector lenses and gatlin shrouds. That means cutting part of the headlamp housing to accommodate the new setup.

Yep. They have to be put in close enough to be able to use the stock adjusting screws to adjust the lights after the install (ideally).

I was going to do the black headlight mod with some low sheen black paint. All the parts are ready to go an sitting in boxes in my garage. My worry is making the hole to accommodate the projector assembly. It needs to be in a good spot to aim the beams so that there is not a whole lot of tweaking necessary to adjust the lights after the install. I was just hoping to find a shop or individual with some experience that I could pay to get it done right or hold my hand while I do it:)

Ha! thought that was you sitting at the light haha Thanks man, it looks good but she is on the injured list right now. I am making a few upgrades and repairs. New shoes (35" BFGs :woot:, relocation of the battery, finishing my bumper and getting my power steering back:mad:

    Hey URRRRRYBODY

I replaced my power steering pump today after mine quit last week. We did the install, flushed the system and bled the lines and I still have no power steering. Could the rack have gone out too? its not leaking or making any noise.

If my truck didn't just get destroyed by a Prius then I would've been so down! Was just about to put on my new wheels/tires and 2.5 saw coilovers too :(
