You guys are getting a little sensitive  ... I meant it with respect (and I don't mean the kind we used to preface by "with all due respect").

Do you need a hug?

And "pleasantly agedster?" ... Ken, you MIGHT(?) be able to pull that off; but it'd be a hard sell for the Wise Bearded One. ;)

We'll go with this: " Mornin' Cool Old Dudes."

    Everybody's feelings intact now? :D

As Pink Floyd would say Comfortably Numb, I say Comfortably Aged. ;)

Good morning all. Been to church, went grocery shopping today and the laundry was done yesterday. Movies and dinner this afternoon.

Enjoying a relaxing weekend. Wife and I have discussing a kitchen remodel and bathroom remodel. Have gotten prices from two different contractors, may as well buy a new house and be done with it. I'm pretty handy (if i do say so myself) but it's tuff when you gotta do it yourself. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekends!

    Paul:
My last kitchen remodel was close to 20K and that was about 21 years ago. Wife want to remodel in about 3 years from now. Hate to see the bill for this one.

Our kitchen does need to be updated.

I do need a hug, but not from you Rob:facepalm::rofl:Maybe from????:D
Age doesn't matter, it's how you feel that counts.

I have been banished to cleaning the basement this weekend:eek:...Redid the kitchen and bathroom in the old house. Kitchen was about $11,000 for just the cabinets, counter(formica)top, appliances and floor. I supplied the labor(the missus say's I work cheaper than the Mexicans:confused:) Bathroom was a lot cheaper. Oh by the way Paul that was about 25 years ago:rolleyes:

Sorry to hear about the issue with your grandkids, Sue. That has to be tough.

Our son went through a long divorce, finally worked through it and is now getting married again in April. We've been very fortunate that wife 1 has been very supportive of Alex coming up with Mark Jr to visit us regularly - she even brought Alex up on her own a few weeks ago. Despite the divorce, she was very pleasant - it was a good visit (and our son and her get along much better now than when they were married).

Mark Jr and Alex were here this weekend, too - just left a few hours ago to return to VA. With the upcoming marriage, we gain twin granddaughters - 5 years old. We ar loving it.

We're about to get some snow this evening - 1 to 3 inches is the prediction. It will be another cold night, I think.

Sitting on the porch cleaning 2 dozen guns works good for me. Never say a word just wipe the oil rag real slow.:)
