It was awesome, slept in the back seat a couple times and just kept driving. saw the most amazing sunsets and rises. Was so much fun. and didnt have to be anywhere at anytime. I could go anywhere. Only thing that kinda sucked was going alone without a lot of music. Next time I want to have someone to go. But hard to find people who are down for a random trip like that lol

I have slacker radio on my work phone. That has been useful on my trips to Spokane and back.

Try Spotify. I've been using it mainly and haven't used Pandora awhile.

My personal favorite is iheart radio. But I just download all of the music apps so I don't have to worry about skipping to many songs.

Connections for the win. That's good the frame damage isn't severe. I feel like small shops can have some older, wiser experience that the larger shops just can't hire. Plus its more personnel and they have an interest in generally helping you out.

I need to shop around for a frame shop. I need to make sure mine is how it should be before I plate and box it.

I definitely agree. The big shop basically just said they wouldn't do it because its not going through insurance and so they cant gouge the price. (literally what the rep said) I went to a small shop and they were great. More personal and actually cared. Told them about my situation (they asked why insurance wasn't covering it) and they called a few of their connections to see who had the best frame bench lol and that is where Im going tomorrow. Cant wait!

 At least they where honest?? Price gouging tends to happen in any situation where the end user isn't the one paying the price though.

Ya it was pretty shocking but I guess makes sense. Good thing for me there are a lot of good small body shops around here where I know people :)

Turns out there actually is NO frame damage :yay: :):)

The UCA and some other things got pushed and that's why it's pulling. The cab also shifted and the front cross member is bent.

SOOOOO it goes in Monday they quoted me $700-900 tops and that's if the front cross member needs to be replaced. and that includes the fender being pulled out (no paint work yet since not really needed)

The shop guys were awesome and spent a couple hours measuring everything and going over every little detail. They are going to work with my budget so that I can fix what I can as I get money. For now they are just going to do the cab, front cross member, fender, pull my suspension, and any other things that they can fix.

Later on they are going to fix my rocker panel and paint my hood and fender later on since those are just cosmetic things I'm saving them for later. The paint isn't really "needed" i just don't like all the little chips from the glass. And for now saving money is key.

one happy girl right here :) Best news Ive had in awhile!
