Might PM Squirrel Cage (Sam). I dumped my stock shocks on him a while back with the rest of my Taco gear.

 

I have my stock shocks I can give you. PM me if your interested.

Oh and I think I can get a my set of stock shocks as well. That is if Dallas (shop manager) hasn't thrown them on one of his vehicles yet

 

Along with my diff drop, I'll have a full CB set-up going in, CMC (hopefully I'll get that done before then) rear shock extensions w/ flip kit, bumps and extended brake lines.. Maybe fab up some harnesses for my spaceship lights...

 

Got the shocks handled, I as well will have a cb to install, mostly just running wire as I got a removable Midland. What is this rear shock extension? Why no extended travel shocks?

 

$15 or $1000... That's what it came down to for me. Extended travel is the long term plan, but this will do for now.

 

Tint question again. Appt on Thursday.. How dark front/ back?

 

I went 18% all around which makes the rear near limo dark and 5% glare strip across the front. I wouldn't go any darker. I can bring it by if you wanna see what it's like once actually inside rather than up on the wall of a shop.

 

If your in the area swing by.. But don't go out of your way lol

I have 35% on the front and 20% in the rear over top of the stock. I wish it was darker sometimes but 35% is the legal limit.

 

I have 20% all the way around, I am wanting to go darker on the back

 

When I had mine done, many years ago, I only did the fronts and had the guy match the front windows to the back windows. Cut down the glare and I've never had an issue with it(even living in commiefornia)

EDIT: I've also never considered doing the front strip that people do on the windshield. I can stand driving most cars that have it considering I'm 6'2" and usually my line of sight is through the upper portion of the windshield anyway. Sun visors are practically useless in my truck.
