Ok, so I have fog lights, Rigid Duallys and an LED light bar to install. I have done my due dilligence and figured out how and where to wire everything. Then I had to sort out the switch issues. I figured out how to access the upper left switch blanks and how I have to fit the switches. My question is how so I fit all the switch wires through the firewall grommet.

Also the pic below is the switch connections for the Ebay fogs I bought. I can't use the switch that came with them because it only fits the switch blanks under the stereo.

I guess I could order the factory switch for this size blank which I'd rather not do since I've got three matching Oznium switches for this row. Any ideas? I guess I'll probably order the factory switch. I'm thinking it's that or build a whole new harness which I'd rather not do. Thanks in advance for any replies.

Could always go through the floor and up the firewall... I think there is an empty plug driver side underneath close to where the heel of your left foot is.

Really? Thanks I'll have to look for it.

I just taped what ever wire to a coat hanger and poked it through. You may have to cut the connectors off and re-solder them back on.

This. Make sure you're careful still, there are a bunch of other important wires that you don't want to puncture!

The connectors are coming off anyway because they don't fit the switches. I still don't know if I can get them all through. I had a real hard time getting the single yellow wire through. I kept bending the cost hanger no matter what area around the existing wires I tried. I finally got it through but it felt bad like I was gonna tear another wire cover. I have ran several amp power wires through this spot on other vehicles over the years, but this one is tight. I was thinking of just cutting a larger hole through the outer area of the grommet and covering it back with silicone, but I don't know if it'll leak afterward.
Has anybody been forced to do this?

You really only need to send the relay wire into the cab, and pick up switch power and ground inside. That's how I did it to a factory switch.
    Cheers

Yeah, that's how the Ebay fogs are ran, but the two Rigid harnesses are different.

I didn't really go through opening of the grommet where all the stock wires are. Instead, I just taped the wires slightly down on the coat hanger, in a layered fashion, and poked a new hole through the grommet. I have 3 lights which all needed 2 lights going into the cab (power, and relay) and I just poked them through. Didn't have to have 2 wires, but instead of using an add a fuse, I just have the switches fused on my aux, fuse block in the engine bay.

I wouldn't cut a hole, just poke through with the coat hanger. This way it will have a better seal around the wires.

There's a little nub beneath the rest of the wires on the grommet that you can cut the tip off of. The hole is a little bigger than a coathanger hole. That's how I got mine thru.

I just used a long skinny drill bit. Seemed a bit easier than a coat hanger. Been at least a year or more with no issues.
