What program are you running? Why are ypu dropping weight that fast? Btw pretty damn strong for your weight I think. Your deads very impressive. I would just compete in 181s and have a much easier comtest prep, making weight for 160 and trying to peak would suck lol

Is the concentration dumbbell curl about the best exercise to build muscle and mass for your biceps?

It's a start! But you need to mix it up. I really enjoy preacher curls. Barbell curls are great. EZ bar curls.

Try something called "21s" - 7 reps low 7 reps high 7 reps all the way

Well, our weekends are very similar lol

^this shit right here...I do them about once a month and they kill me. My favorite bicep exercises are hammer curls, preacher curls, and barbell curls.

Hopefully I can explain this. What I've been doing is where I'm holding the dumbbell in my hand like I'm going to do the hammer curl but I instead turn my arm on the upstream and end like I'm holding a barbell or horizontal. Not sure what its called

It depends on which way you are turning your arm. If you're ending with your thumbs facing out you're doing a version of a dumbbell curl.

First day back on preworkout after cycling off for a month, its crazy the difference it makes at the gym with focus. For the past month I have felt droggy at the gym every morning and ready to leave after about 30 min. Its like gym cocaine :D
