What's your plan on this?, as I'm doing the same. Kevin (kevinsc) is devising a mounting solution with ABS plastic for mine, I'm. Still scratching my head wondering hot to mount them and still have adjustability. I had previously been considering roughing the back of the light buckets and fiberglassing them in. 2000's landcruiser put a set in his ARB and it looks like he just put a bolt through the stock dually light holes and into the ARB fog light holes. Let me know what you decide.

My original plan was to tack weld bolts to the underside of the top of the bumper, and use a 1" spacer and bolt the lights upside down. Then I was worried the weld would melt the powder coat off on the outside. Then I thought about just drilling a hole and dropping it down in the same location. Or Could drill a hole under the fog light area on the angled section and spacer to do the same thing as the top. But now I am liking your idea of running bolts through the ABS plastic, but I think I could make a bucket for the LED to sit in, and attatch it to the ABS using the foglight holes. Like taking 2 large "C" shaped pieces of steel and making them cross, and using the legs to bolt to the ABS. Then bolt the LED to the back center of it. Who knows....I think I may get to get them in tomorrow....I will keep you posted.

Yeah let me know!. I like the kit to mount the Dually lights in the stock JK fog light buckets. Really nice kits. I started a thread on here to see if any fab shops would pick up the idea for the ARB bumpers but didn't get any bites.

I have been kicking the idea around of getting one of those and trying to make it compatible with the ARB...

What you draw that in  I'd put a screw/bolt on the bottom as well to prevent the whole mount front pivoting up and down.
