    When I get home tonight I will measure for you. Don't know if that's going to be the most effective way to cut though.

    While AF drone guys are indeed pilots, they are not excercising their airman certificates. I've decided if a non-rated pilot can fly a drone then you're not a pilot. Basically, if you don't have any skin in the game (die if you crash) then you're just stroking your ego when you call yourself a pilot if you fly drones. The reason the AF calls them pilots is their egos are what make airplanes fly.

    I forgot to mention that its purely ego in the AF to call them pilots... :laugh:

    The army has a Predator that is flown by enlisted guys.... it's also fully autonomous.... whereas the AF likes to keep their "pilots" "flying" with stick and rudder takeoff and landing... :laugh: It's all about ego
