I did, and I had him take it into Toyota for my buddy to look at it. I don't think the maintainince was as up to date as he said. It's not bad but it needs a few things. Front axels, pretty much all fluids the diffs were black inside. No record with Toyota On the transmission being done. My offer will be lower than what he will take I'm sure. I don't want to insult the guy because it's a very nice rig and he was a nice guy. I just don't need it, and I just did all of that stuff to my runner so I don't want to pay to do it again.

So I'm going to prolly go look at some Atv's today for my wife and I.

I gotcha. That's a risk you run when buying used vehicles that have obviously seen some offroad miles

Oh for sure! I'm not knocking it at all it's a damn nice ride is just have to get it for no more than 18k to make it worth it to me. I mean for what I just put into my runner I'll be good for well over 150k in it.

Us in Colorado are lucky to have a Toyota tech that is very helpful to me! I won't buy without him.

    Yes miles! :)

And it was done by a Toyota mechanic that a lot of us in the CO TW crew know personally. He's awesome and has helped me get back up in running won several of my toyotas!

For sure. We have two Toyota mechanics and like two more that just work in shops all of which help us stay up in running in CO! I've always used the same guy I call him the Toyota whisperer. :p

There are none now. I paid a shit ton of money to get the Deamons out!! :D

Any input on ATV Brands. For dirt bikes I've raced yamahas, kawasakis, and Hondas. And I would most likely buy a honda 450 again. I have just about every dealer by my house so I figure I'll give them all a look.

I've never owned one but all my friends have Hondas for trail riding. The mud guys use Can-Am's

I need to do my timing belt and shit to get my maintenance up to date. I will wait until it warms up though. Hopefully it doesn't break in the mean time.

Can ams are nice but their price is through the roof! They look nice though.
I like Honda too because my highschool/ college buddy is an engineer for them now so I like that about the company. They are really high on my list.

    For reliability, Honda.

For power/speed get a Polaris, Arctic Cat, or preferably Can-am.

I almost bought a 2013 Honda Foreman 500 before I bought my Tacoma. Would love to have a fourwheeler, but it would have been annoying to have to drive 40 minutes just to drive it off road and to have to store it now...
