    i just want to say, WOW. This has been one of the best if not the best weeks IMO. Even though we didn't have a ton of entries we had a lot of very good ones that REALLY excelled in photography skills and more. You guys really stepped up this week..

    Congratulations all! Week after week all photo shoot become way more nicer!

    Really nice shot, nice angle but if you take the picture without the person on the right, it will be nicer.

    Tell an story trough a simple image is one of the hardest things to accomplished. That is really nice shot !


    But the subject of the week was "symmetry". The winner of the challenge is Pistol Pete, hiss picture is the best symmetry of so many points.

    CONGRATS PETE! I knew that was a winning shot when I saw it!

    Thank for the comment on my shot as well. I tried cropping out the top of the head, but it took away from the composition. I had hoped you wouldn't notice ;) New camera should be here tomorrow, excited for the competition to heat up and for the new challenge!

    I am honored and surprised to finally win a challenge, especially since I have only been doing this for a little over a month. Thank you all for your kind words. I really look forward to these weekly challenges and enjoy learning more and more about photography.

    On to the challenge:
    Bokeh. I want to see some amazing shots with Bokeh in them (i.e. out of focus areas in your shots) You can take Bokeh shots in portraits, macro work, still life, nature… really any type of photography you like. I look forward to seeing some fantastic shots from everyone this week! Good Luck!

    Bokeh should be interesting since it is not something being out of focus but the quality of that which is out of focus, which, to a certain degree, is subjective per your taste. Really interested to see what comes of this one. Lots of room for creativity.
