haha I had a feeling you would. Yeah Ive recently gotten into it a lot. Most times Ill just do shorter high intensity rows, but I wanted to switch it up and go for distance.

Same here. I was working out with a dude last week who is on all kinds of AAS and my g/f walked up and we all started talking and she told him he looked like an idiot and that it wasn't 1970 anymore...Of course, compared to him, I feel like a pip squeak, but it's nice to know that she doesn't think that's hot b/c I'm not going the gear route lol

Ha. I did an oral cycle of Stenadrol 10 like 2 years ago and the positives just didn't outweigh the negatives. I gained like 20 solid pounds and my strength skyrocketed, but I had horrible kidney pumps, my balls looked liked jelly beans, and my blood pressure was through the roof. Not worth it, IMO

Just hit up intajuice for a spicy pumpkin protein smoothie. I feel like I just slurped down a whole pumpkin pie to myself. (48 g protein)

 

haha yep same here. We've got the Snowpocalypse Part II going on here in GA...it's rained a half inch since last night and my school has been cancelled for the next two days....not one drop of snow. Idiots.

One of my friends just came in the gym and I let him plug his phone up to the sound system b/c no one else was in here. I just heard what he referred to as 'dubstep' for the first time in my life.....what. the. fuck.

Intajuice is a smoothie place here in co that makes fresh fruit smoothies. You can get some other stuff like protein or joint blends and such in them. They also use fat free frozen yogurt and you can get shots of wheat grass too

Dayum! We've got a smoothie chain called Planet Smoothie that has similar stuff to that, but I've only had one thing from there b/c I was hungover and heard they had a good cure...didn't work, but it was damn good. I'll have to try their protein stuff sometime

 

I like my smoothies...I can never get home made ones to taste like the store ones though..

 

I've never tried making one. I've got the protein shake game on lock though! I guess I could start experimenting

I'm always down to drink anything that changes the color of my piss. I've always wanted to drink like 5 red ones to see if I would pee red and freak people out.

 

Don't think you'd pee red homie, the yellow is caused from the B vitamins, like when you have a multi-vita pack.

If you drink a red as fuck pre workout, and then have explosive shits, they'll be red lol
