Ha. I'm taking a multi right now b/c of keto and my pee is normal colored, so I believe I was correct in assuming that I needed one on keto, since my only vegetables come from 2 servings of spinach and broccoli a day.

On my regular bulking diet, I eat the fuck out of vegetables, so multi's just turn my pee into a light show, so IMHO, multi's are a waste if you're on a good enough diet. But they're cheap and I know a lot of folks would just rather be safe than sorry.

As far as dyed red shits, that could be fun too...

I never take pre-workouts, but I've got legs to do in about 10 mins and am about to fall asleep, so I just drank an ABB Speed Stack...never had one before, so I'll be able to give my unbiased, non-pre-workout-taking review here in about an hour. I know it's not as strong as some that schedule 1 narcotics shit ya'll are taking, but we shall see how it works. The only pre-workout I've ever used is Assault and it geeked me the fuq up b/c I only take about a scoop a month

watched two gym noobs do these weird skull crusher kind of things with dumbbells

but then when they were done they'd set a dumbbell vertically on the floor and do really shitty pushups

i just imagined them shifting their weight when they were doing the pushup and crushing all of their fingers....

Dropped weight so fast cause I did a super strict keto diet. It's now semi strict. As far as programming, I've done Wendell, cube, German volume training, you name it I've probably toyed with it. I have a coach who has been competing in usapl for a very long time and has own numerous masters titles and world championships. I just do what he tells me to do haha. It's really a lot of listening to your own body. I squat anywhere from 2-4 times a week, dead maybe once, and bench once. But I do a lot of accessory work almost every day. Whatever were lifting, well work up to a heavy weight and grind out a few sets. Then well back off for a week, add more and grind out more sets the next week. It's very complicated I know. Haha.

yeah i squat, bench and dead once a week lol almost no accessory work, it's just too tiring ever since i went off PWO. i kinda wanna join the BBSM program by dan green but it's not public right now and my funds are kinda short. sure sounds good having a coach for diet and programs tho, take a lotta the guess work out and make it easier mentally. time to save up i guess haha.

I guess the ABB Speed Stack did it's job. About 10 mins after taking it, I started getting hyper. By the time I finished my workout, it began to wear off. It was nowhere close as powerful as Assault, but it's just what I needed to get through leg day. Squats, deads, lunges, leg curls, leg extensions, and calves. Had to skip out on the leg press today. I was too lazy to put weights on it :anonymous:
