Fucking Walmart. I parked my rig, and came out to a cart having been slammed into the side. Poor baby girl has an ugly scratch! Luckily no dent but still, I'm pissed! I should have known better, since I've been hit twice in years past. I NEVER shop there, then the one time I do, this happens. Fucking Walmart! On the bright side..I washed her up right afterwards to make myself feel better lol

You need to invest in some sliders.

That means driving up to Washington at some point and having Jeverich make some for you.

Are yo talking to me? I do have step tubes, but the cart hit the back end passenger side. I don't think sliders would have helped.

Like I said, luckily no dent, but deep of enough scratch that I can't buff it out. I'll have to share a pic. Any damage, even minor is a day ruined. Haha

let me guess, you were parked nowhere near a cart return as well. i don't shop at walmart either. how deep did the scratch go? bare metal, get it fixed soon. primer - shit'll buff out, literally, then go over it with a can of clear coat from any autoparts store. just the color paint - buff it a bit to smooth it out, go over it with Meguiars ScratchX, and maybe a little clear coat. clear coat scratch, buff it a little and its gone.

go have fun at walmart. it is really simple. you just need a pen and a pad of sticky notes. write on a sticky note, "Sorry about the damage to your car", put it on the driver side window, and walk away. Watch people look over their vehicles looking for what "you did".

Good luck Jami! Seems like a frame pull would be a very precise job, so I hope you can find a reputable shop that can "pull it" off (see what I did there :))

Check these guys out (if you haven't already):

That sucks Lindsey! As Brady said, time for some sliders and/or bumper and a break from Wal-Mart :) Jake has been doing some great work for local members!

Heck, the Roseburg Walmart isn't safe no matter where you park. Up front, people sling their doors open, carts go flying around in the middle of the lot, people cut through the back of the lot without looking (watched a Tempo smack two cars one day), and if you park all the way in the spots at the end you have to worry about transients messing with your truck.

Thanks Ben!! It actually went super well!! So excited.

Turns out there actually is NO frame damage :) :) :) :) :yay::yay::yay:

The UCA and some other things got pushed and that's why it's pulling. The cab also shifted and the front cross member is bent.

SOOOOO it goes in Monday :D:D:D:D:D they quoted me $700-900 tops and that's if the front cross member needs to be replaced. and that includes the fender being pulled out (no paint work yet since not really needed)

The shop guys were awesome and spent a couple hours measuring everything and going over every little detail. They are going to work with my budget so that I can fix what I can as I get money. For now they are just going to do the cab, front cross member, fender, pull my suspension, and any other things that they can fix.

Later on they are going to fix my rocker panel and paint my hood and fender later on since those are just cosmetic things Im saving them for later. The paint isn't really "needed" i just don't like all the little chips from the glass. And for now saving money is key.

Jake is awesome! He is going to fix my bumper for me and build me some sliders :) I cant wait till he gets home :D No more rocker panel damage for me!
